Exceptional 3-Year Experience with The Icon Casa PropertiesI have been renting an apartment with The Icon Casa Properties for the past 3 years, and I can confidently say they are the best in the business! My experience has been nothing but positive, and their dedication to providing excellent service has been consistent throughout.The leasing process was simple and efficient from the start. It is evident that you take great pride in maintaining high standards, and it does not go unnoticed.

If I could rate this company at -3* i would do it. At the beginning they were very nice and seemed to be very professional. However few months after we moved we started having issues with the apartment , constant leaks in different part of the apartment . Their teams are trying to do everything at minimum cost ( I believe as advise by the owner). I ended up having one washroom and one other toilet not working fir half if the contract, and one water heater. They came and repaired everyrhing after 5-6 months. Not to mention that it ended up being my worst experience , since instead of focusing on my things i had to fight with them to come and repair things at home and make myself avaialble for fixing the apartment. No flexibility from the owner, and i end up fighting with them to get my deposit back without ridiculous charges which according to law should have been into owenrs responsibility - 0 flexibility. As an example a water heater that had rust, and after 5 months after we moved it broked( they never replaced it), yet they withold it from my deposit , and different things just for their own financial benefit . But no worries, there is a God, and there is karma !

Great experience renting an apartment with Icon Casa, they are open to help and to provide excellent customer service. If any inquiries arise they are open to answer them and to solve any issues.

Had a really good experience with them and they were very honest with everything. Always offered help with all questions and got the apartment to a good condition before moving in. Can’t really say anything regarding their service over the rental time but will update that for sure. About the apartment itself I’m really positively surprised as they are in a really good condition, at least the ones I looked at.As of now I can only recommend these guys. :)

Great new building, nice and comfortable apartments, our familly enjoyed living there long period!!

This is perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. I rented an apartment via this company and the person responsible for the deal, Muhamed, lied to me about a lot of things. Nobody even came with me in the apartment when I visited for checking. When I visited the apartment, there were all the appliances, when I paid money for it and moved in, there was nothing but furniture. Apart from it, he told me that during first two weeks I could inform him of what does not work and they would have fixed it. I informed them about all the details about broken staff but it has been a month and still no communication from their side. For the last one week he is not answering my messages or calls. Worst company, not recommended.

Mohamed Ali is a great help and is willing to listen and fix any concerns you may have. Overall I like the property I live in and the team is responsive to my needs. I recommend trying them out, till now I am satisfied with their services.

If there is less than one start i will choose it. we were going to rent in one of there buildings but thank god we did not. the broker was dishonest and take care about there contract because what they say is not what is stated on the contract. they also tried to have us sign a cancellation form on advance so legally they can end your contract at anytime.

Worst placed ive ever lived! building in horrible conditions. They gave me a horrible apartment with alot of issues. I complained about it alot when i moved and they never fixed it then when i moved out they took 80% of my deposit to fix the issues that were there when i first moved in. Horrible management and horrible maintenance. Will never recommend.

Second year renting, no complaints. Service is good, constant maintenance and upkeep of property and staff is also helpful and fast to respond.
